Dear Sir:
I am writing to you because of my concern regarding the communities' of Forest Grove and Center Springs, Louisiana involvement of the proposed Louisiana Energy Services.
These communities are within one-half nile of the plant site and they have never been indicated in the DEIS's maps or diagrams.
If this were in my local community, I certainly would want my constitutional rights expressed especially when uranium is being used.
I appeal to your good sense and stress that you re-examine the DEIS as it is incomplete and that all the social and economic impacts on the two communities be studied further.
