In reference to your letter of August 8,
1990, Babcock & Wilcox 1
Pennsylvania Nuclear Service Operations (B&W PANSO) hereby submits an application for renewal of the enclosed Quality Assurance Policy and Procedures Manual, Revision 14, dated August-24, 1990.
j The enclosure is such that the quality assurance program required in 10 CFR 71 Subpart H is provided throughout the entire manual along with the details for each specific criteria.
It is understood that only the program will be reviewed and approved and not the specific details that the manual provides for each criteria.
This renewal request is being made more than 30 days prior to expiration of the existing Manual.
It is therefore understood that continuation of our existing QA program is authorized until a final determination is made on our application.
An application fee in the amount _of $180.00, as required by 10 CFR 170.31, is enclosed.
