This letter is in reference to the Enrichment Center which is proposed to be built at Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. I encourage you to approve this facility as it would increase America's competitiveness in an important market and provide a substantial number of high-paid positions.
The output of this facility, of course, is important to America's operating nuclear plants.
The Draft Environmental Impact Statement proposed by the NRC discusses the relevant ir-es and concludes that the facility will be environmentally sound ad not harmful to the surrounding community. As a result, I would encourage approval of this plant.
