As required under Section 309 of the Clean Air Act, Region 6 q
of the Environmental Protection Agency is currently reviewing the Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Construction and Operation of Claiborne Enrichment Center, Homer, Louisiana.
We understand that the review period ends on January 10, 1994.
However, due to the complexity of the impacts associated with your proposed action, we cannot meet this deadline. Therefore, we request the comment period be extended to January 24, 1994.
We hope this delay has not unduly inconvenienced you.
