Subject:
Modification No. 8 to Task Order No. 01 under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to: 1) increase the task order ceiling amount by $1,528.70 to provide for submission of a " Detailed Cost Report" in accordance with the attached statement of work, and 2) provide incremental funding in the amount of $1,600.00.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
The second paragraph of this definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. I shall be in effect from August 3,1992 through July 31, 1994 with a total cost ceiling of $585,971.94. The amount of $565,370.33 represents the reimbursable cost and the amount of $20,601.61 represents the fixed fee.
2.
The third paragraph, first sentence of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$409,917.53 of which $397,453.39 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $12,464.14 represents the fixed fee."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of this Modification No. 8 to Task Order 01 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract 4
