4 Contract No. NRC-38-92-286 Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 4 The purpose of this modification is to:

(1) Revise the problem solving course (item 14) of Section B.3, entitled " SUPPLIES OR SERVICES and PRICE / COST", ITEM (A) CONDUCT SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT COURSES for Optional Years Two and Three, and in accordance with Paragraph C.I.4.2 add ITEM (H) CONTRACTOR PROVIDED TRAINING FACILITY for Year One and Optional Years Two and Three, (2) Revise-Section B.3 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS to read Section B.4 " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS, raise the current contract ceiling by $74,105.00 ($31,357.00 for Year 1 to add training facility and $42,748.00 for the revised problem solving course, 2 case studies and training facility for Optional Year Two) from $697,852.00 to $771,957.00 and i

provide funding in the amount of $30,000.00 from $400,000 to $430,000.00, (3) revise Section C.1.6.1, entitled " COURSE PRESENTATION'.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Section B.3, entitled " SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICE / COST", ITEM (A),

CONDUCT SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT COURSES" is revised to incorporate the revised version of the Problem Solving course (Kepner-Tregoe Problem solving method) for OPTIONAL YEAR 2 and OPTIONAL YEAR 3 and add a contractor provided training facility for YEAR CNE and OPTIONAL YEARS 2 AND 3, to add the following:

• The revised total amount for optional year two and three includes all prices previously accepted for this contract and those included by way of this modification. However the total price for the original problem solving course has been subtracted from the total price of the revised version of the problem solving course (Kepner-Tregoe version) for optional years two and three.

Contract No. NRC-38-92-286 Modification No. 3 Page 4 of 4 2.) Under Section B.4 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--DELIVERY ORDERS, (JUN 1988)," the first sentence of paragraphs a. and b. are deleted in their entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
