CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-91-071 TASK ORDER NO. 4 MODIFICATION HO. 2 The purpose of this modification is to:

The third paragraph of the definitization letter for this task order is revised to read as follows:
- Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from July 17, 1992 through Ps f.h 23, 1994 with a total cost ceiling of $209,878.00. The amount of $1?h.il5.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of
$16,363.00 represents the fixed fee.

The fourth paragraph, first sentence, of the definitization letter for this r
