SUBJECT:
Modification No. 2 to Task Order No.10 entitled " Individual Plant Examination (IPE) Reviews - Internal Events - Back End Only (Maine Yankee) Under Contract No. NRC-04-91-068 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from December 1, 1993 to March 24, 1994, at no additional cost or obligation to the Goverriment. The extension is needed to allow NRC to perform its internal reviews and provide comments to the contractor. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified to read as follows:
The first sentence of Paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 10 shall be in effect from December 1, 1992 through March 24, 1994, with a total cost ceiling of $15,242.00."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY92 Obligation Amount:
$15,242.00 All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification no. 2 to Task Order No.
10 by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
