Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 4 under-Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $25,,000.00 which increases the amount obligated to the task order from $140,000.00 to $165,000.00. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
The third paragraph, first sentence, of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently oMigated with respect to this task order is
$165,000.00 of which $158,653.84 represents the reimbursable costs and the. amount of $6,346.16 repr_esents the fixed fee."
