This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, and the Contractor's technical proposal dated September 14, 1993.

' Tosk order No. 07 shall be in effect from September 24, 1993 through September 23, 1994, with a cost ceiling of 197,696.00. The amount of $90,463.00 represents the total estimated rsimbursable costs, the amount of 56.966.00 represents the fixed fee, and the amount of $267.00 represents Cost of Money.
