SUBJECT:
Contract NRC-03-93-031, Task Order 12 Entitled Instrumentation and Control Revision to the Standard Review Plan In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 12 with an established cost ceiling of $99,163.00.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed statement of work and the contractor's technical proposal dated Augusts 23, 1993.
The period of performance for Task Order No. 12 is September 22, 1993 through January 31, 1994.
The total cost ceiling is
$99,163.00 of which the sum of $93,224.00 represents reimbursable cost, the sum of $411.00 represents facilities capital cost of money, and the sum of $5,528.00 represents fixed fee.
The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling.
When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order.
Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount-specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
