REVISION 10 TO THE RIVER BEND STATION EMERGENCY PLAN We have received your letter dated December 10, 1993, which transmitted Revision 10 to the River Bend Station Emergency Plan. The plan revision was.

submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and includes changes to your organization, state and local emergency plan and procedure changes, and other clarifications and minor corrections.

We have reviewed the changes to the emergency plan contained in Revision 10 and determined that they are acceptable and do not decrease the effectiveness of your emergency planning for the River Bend Station'.
