Dear Mr. Hickey:
I have reviewed information on the Claiborne Enrichment Center, including information from the Draft Environmental Impact Statement prepared by the U.
S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
I believe this facility can be constructed and operated without any substantial environmental-impacts.
I support the findings of the DEIS and urge you to expedite the licensing of this facility.
I am a retired nuclear engineer, and a licensed Professional Engineer in-the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
I spent most of my career in the design and licensing of nuclear power _ plants.
I am quite familiar with safety and environmental issues.
I have had no involvement with the claiborne Enrichment Center.
