Dear Mr. Hickey:

This letter serves to support the construction and to be operation of the Claiborne Enrichment Center (CEC) located within the Claiborne Parish in Northern Louisiana.

South Carolina, just outside the As a resident of Aiken, Savannah River Site where the nuclear industry-has been active since the 1950's, I have studied the issues and I am convinced that the cleanest and safest source of power in the future is nuclear energy.

We must overcome the political, emotional, and social debunking crisis in nuclear energy and move forward with this clean and economical source of power so vitally needed to keep America strong.
