DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT I have_ reviewed the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Claiborne Enrichment Center to be located in northern Louisiana.
I support the conclusions in the draft EIS-and urge-the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to-support the findings also. The NRC should expedite the licensing of the Louisiana facility.
