It has been brought to my attention that only 45 days.

are allowed for responce to the DEIS.
The period will expire January 26, 1994.
This does not all-ow time to receive the report, study it and'then respond; particularly with the Christmas season coming during the 45 days.
At this time the only proper and correct thing to do is a 90 DAY EXTENSION TO THE RESPONSE PERIOD.
