l It has been brought to my attention that only 45 days are allowed for responce to the DEIS.
The period l
will expire January 16, 1994.
This does not allow time to receive the report, study it and then respond; particularly with the Christmas season coming during the 45 days.
At this time the only proper and correct thing to do l
is a 90 DAY EXTENSION TO THE RESPONSE PERIOD.
