Dear Sirs:
I would like to comment on the L.E.S.' Uranium Enrichment Plant however.
I am finding that it is going to be very diffi-cult, if not-impossible, to read, study and comment on your Draft

Environmental Impact Statement within the very limited response period which you have allowed.
As a citizen of Claiborne Parish.
I am very concer ned about the safety of this project and intend to read 'and-study your report very closely.
I am finding that you have not allowed sufficient time for a reasonable and timely review of this very length document.
I must also confess that I strongly question and' suspect the NRC staff's timing of the release of this report and the short comment period.
To release this report at the' Christmas and New Year Holiday season, with such a short response period, smacks of a
deliberate attempt on 'the part of the NRC to limit public r.omme nt.
From a brief over view of _this' report it is apparent-at the outset that it im racially biased and fraught with problem areas that threaten the local safety of our communities.
- Ituis, reasonable extension be granted ~for therefore, imperative that a additional comments.
It -is my opinion thatcat least a 90 day extension should be granted.so that full public input can be provided.
