Dear Sir:
The location of the uranium plant in Claiborne Parish is probably the best thing that has happened to this area since oil was discovered here in 1919.
I have read the summary of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and am pleased to see that the plant "would provide a means to. negate the dependence on foreign suppliers and sources." About 50% of our oilis now imported and I do not want this to happen to enriched uranium.
May I encourage you to issue the license as quickly as possible ensuring a safe and productive facilities.
