It has been brought to my attention that only 45 days are allowed for responce to the DEIS.
The period will expire January 16, 1994.
This does not allow time to receive the report, study l
it and then respond; particularly with the Christmas season coming during the 45 days.
At this time the only proper and correct thing to do!
- i is a 90 DAY EXTENSION TO THE RESPONSE PERIOD.
