Contract No. NRC-28-92-209 SB-3-92-2-6083 Modification No. 5 Page 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $40,000.00 which increases the obligated amount from $112,000.00 to $152,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows: Section B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION / CONTRACT CELILING, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof: "The ceiling amount for the work specified in Section C herein shall not exceed $181,646.40. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $152,000.00. The contractor agrees that the work to be performed under Section C shall be accomplished within this ceiling. Any work undertaken by the contractor in excess of the obligation amount specified above is done so at the contractor's sole risk." All other terms and conditions of the subject contract, including the ceiling amount of $181,646.40, remain unchanged. A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below.
