Dear Sir:
I am concerend that the Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the Louisiana Energy Services plant does not consider the plant's social and economic impact on the communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs.
Only one community is mentioned in the DEIS, and neither is even indcated on the 38 maps and dagrams, although they are only a half mile away from the LES uranium -
enrichment plant. This is an appalling daregard of the local residents.
The ' economic welfare and safety of these communities must be considered in the Environmental Impact Statement.
