l As a lifelong resident of Claiborne Parish, and a building contractor for the past 23 years, I would like to add my support for the early l
L approval of a license to construct the Claiborne Enrichment Center.
l We need a better job base from which we could multiply into more jobs and employment opportunities. This project would provide this base for

I am concerned about the safety of this plant as I am about any other y
operation where jobs and swimTmt must go hand in hand together.
1 However, no information has been provided to me that would prove that this operational plant would be a danger to the environment.
i The effects of a completed, operational plant would provide this area with better jobs, schools, and additional growth that in turn could provide more opportunities for this area and our people.
I have a daughter who is a freshman in college.' Unless we can create employment opportunities for our young people, they will leave this area to seek good quality employment. She may be one that would leave and I wouldn't like that.
I encourage the Commission to complete its review and license the plant as soon as possible.
