.U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington,DC 20555 1
Dear Sir:
I am a citizen of the Forest Grove Community and I would like to express my outrage for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Draft Environmental Impact State for the proposed Louisiana Energy Service's proposed uranium enrichment plant.
The Forest Grove and Center Spring Communities are long-lasting monuments fo African-Americans living in Louisiana and nation-wide It is ridiculous to image losing part of our lives to a uranium plant that has the potential of offering the United Sta nothing.
It is also difficuh to image being totally left out of DE1S's impact statement. I would like to request that Forest Grove and Center Springs Communities be included the impact study and also, I would like to request a copy if the impact study and statement.
Please send to: Route 4, Box 258-A Homer, LA 71040. Thank you.
Sincerely, Ja/\\ Q
~
