This change details the compensatory measures implemented during the Security Computer Replacement Proj ect.
Only the revised pages are being submitted.
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan.
This revision to the Monticello Security Plan contains Safeguards Information as identified by the Commission in 10 CFR Part 73, Section 73.21.
This submittal should not be made available for inspection and should not be placed in the public document room.
