Licensing of the Claiborne Enrichment Center (CEC)
Please expedite the licensing of the CEC because the Draft EnvironmentalImpact Statement (DEIS) indicates that the CEC will be economically beneficial to the Claiborne Parish and our country.
Also, the DEIS indicates that the CEC will have a small and acceptable impact on the public and the environment.
As a result, I believe that the CEC is a good idea and should be licensed.
