I understand that the DEIS for the LES Plant was released for y

11-public review and comment on-Nov. 19, 1993.

I.am very concerned that ij this document is -incomplete in that it f ails to address the impact on1 the nearby communities of Forest Grove and Center' Springs, epecifically the social and economic impact.

That is something that-surely cannot be overlooked and mueE become part of the~ final-Environmental Impact Statement.
