'I write to you today to register my very serious concerns a'nd, as well', to

express my great dismay that your Draft Envircarnental Impact Statement.on the.
proposed Iouisiana Energy Services plant (to be sited in Ho7er, Iouisiana) fails to either uention or consider the facility's' impact upon the cormunities '
of Forest Grove and Center Springs. 'Ihese two tcuns, which are located within' only one-half mile of the planned plant site, will surely be impacted by its'
. operations. Yet neither conmunity is indicated.in any of the DEIS's 38' maps or diagrams - how is this possible? 'Ihat these two oormunities have been screhow -
overlooked raises rather serious questions about the objectivity of the DEIS's authors. Further, these craissions lead me to conclude that this IEIS is' grossly.
inotrnplete.
'Ihis particular nuclear enrichnent facility is projected to generate 4000+'
tons of radioactive waste annually. Anything and everything within a one-half-mile radius of.it will certainly be influenced by its operations. As a very concerned and, as a result of these seemingly blatant omissions, now a=somewhat:
