I am concerned that the DEIS on the Louisiana Energy Services uranium enrichment.nlant. fails-to consider the nlant's social anieconmic imnact on'the communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs.

7he DFIS is incomnlete. The final Environmental Imnact Statement on LES must consider all the social an econmic imnacts'on the two communities.- 1 Only ona reference to the two communities which stand to be'the most affected by LES is actually included in the DEIS's text.
