Dear Sir:

I am writing to express my concern about the proposed location of the Louisiana Energy Services branium enrichment plant near the communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs, Louisiana.

It is surprising that the Draft Environmental Impact Statement of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission does not indicate these communities on their maps and diagrams and mentions them only once in their 400 pace draft.

Surely there must be agreement that the final state-ment will include a thorough report on the impact that the proposed plant will have on the lives of the people in Forest Grove and Center Springs.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Sincerely,

~
