Dear Mr. DeLaBarre:

Enclosed is a letter dated December 23, 1993 from B&W Fuel Company which requests an amendment to export license application XSNM02786 to correct the quantity of material listed. The amounts shown on the original application were provided on a per fuel assembly basis. The amendment is to increase the quantity of material requested for export from 536.67 kilograms U/26.833 kilograms U-235 enriched to' 5% maximum to 416,880 kilograms U/20,844 kilograms U-235 (an increase of 416,343.33 U/20,817.167 U-235) for use in 772 fuel assemblies for initial core and three reloads in Lungmen nuclar power plant in Taiwan.

Please consider this request in conjunction with the original application which was forwarded to you on December 17, 1993.
