d NRC-04-93-061 Modification No.1 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is.to change the name of the NRC Project Officer. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Section G - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATE, Subsection G.1, NRCAR 2052.215-71 PROJECT OFFICER AUTHORITY (JAN 1993), Paragraph (a) is ddleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
