MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 9 UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-03-93-036 The purpose of Modification No. 2 is to amend the performance of this Task Order by adding Task '5, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and the Contractor's proposal dated September 16, 1993.
As a result, the estimated reimbursable cost of $43,091.00 is increased by $3,911.00 to $47,002.00.
The fixed fee of $3,447.00 is increased by $305.00 to $3,752.00 and the facilities capital cost of money of $174 is increased by $6 to $180.
Accordingly, the task order ceiling is increased by $4,222.00 f rom $46,713.00 to
$50,935.00.

Format of software deliverables is specified in NRC Bulletin 0904-4. If any deliverable is provided on diskette, the diskette shall be scanned for viruses by the contractor, and verified to be free to viruses prior to delivery to the NRC.
All software development, modification, or maintenance shall follow general guidance in NUREG/BR-0167, Software Assurance Program and Guidelines, and additional specific guidance designated by the Technical Monitor /ProjectOfficer.
