Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 6 entitled " Individual Plant Examination (IPE) Reviews - Internal Events - Front End Only (Perry) Under Contract No. NRC-04-91-066 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from August 25, 1993 to February 25, 1994, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. The extension is needed to allow NRC to perform its internal reviews and provide comments to the contractor. 'Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified to read as follows:
The first sentence of Paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 6 shall be in effect from September 17, 1992 through February 24, 1994, with a total cost ceiling of $18,973.00."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
