Modification No. 5 to Task Order No. 5 Under Contract No. NRC-04-90-070 The purpose of this modification is to revise the period of performance of the subject task order at no change to the total estimated amount or obligated 1
amount to the Government.
Therefore, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
Under paragraph three of the definitization letter, the first sentence is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 5 shall be in effect from February 15, 1991 through December 31, 1993 with a total cost ceiling of
$318,176.21."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
