.j My staff has completed their review of Revision 3A to the Pemedial Action Inspection Plan (RAIP) for the Durango UMTRAP site. We concur in the document, as it was found to be in agreement with our staff technical position.
It should be noted that this document requires radon barrier materials to have a minimum plasticity index.
As our office concurred in the removal of this requirement from the Remedial Action Plan specifications on July 3, 1990, we i
are anticipating the Durango RAIP will be revised to reflect the current
