confirmation from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that fuel handling / service equipment, and Westinghouse performance'of services for the.
rebuilding of fuel assemblies using fuel rods and components already in Brazil to reload the Angra I nuclear power reactor, can be provided to Brazil under the authority of export license XR081.
The.NRC and the Executive Branch have reviewed your request and agree that the proposed activity can be carried out under the authority of export license XR081.
