NRC EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-280/93-300 AND 50-281/93-300
This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered
examinations led by Edwin Lea during the week of September 20, 1993. The
examinations were administered to employees of your company who had applied
for licenses to operate the Surry Power Station. At the conclusion of the
examination, the examinations and preliminary findings were discussed with
those members of your staff identified in the NRC Examination Report,
Enclosure 1.
A Simulator Facility Report is included in this report as Enclosure 2.
A copy
of the written examination questions and answer keys, as noted in Enclosure 5,
was provided to members of your training staff at the conclusion of the
examination.
A copy of the Facility Comments regarding the written examination is included
in this report as Enclosure 3.
The NRC Resolution of Facility Comments is
included as Enclosure 4.
No candidates from your facility participated in the Generic Fundamentals
Examination Section since the last report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of
