Modification No. 5 to Task Order No. 006 Under Contract No. NRC-39-89-133 i
The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $20,359.80 which increases the obilgated amount by $20,359.80 from
$335,906.10 to $356,265.90. Accordingly, the changes are hereby made:
The third paragraph, second sentence, of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated in respect to this task order is $356,265.40 of which $331,409.50 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of
$24,855.90 represents the fixed fee."
Accounting Data for Modification No. 5 to Task Order No. 006 is as follows:
