INCREASE POSSESSION LIMIT FOR HIGH-ENRICHED URANIUM (TAC N0. L30604)
In accordance with your application dated August 5, 1993, and supplement dated October 5,1993, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-95 is hereby amended to authorize the increase of high-enriched uranium to 132 grams.
Accordingly, License Condition 8.A is revised to read 132 grams of U 235 and Condition 10 is revised to include the dates of August 5 and October 5,1993.
All other Conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of License SNM-95 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
