Please find enclosed for filing an original and two copies of the the NRC's " Motion for Admission of Statement of David P.
Loveless In Lieu of Live Testimony."
Also enclosed for refiling is an original and two copies of the NRC Witness and Exhibit List.
A copy of this NRC Witness and Exhibit List was served by mail on counsel for the Defendant on October 12, 1993.
On October 19, 1993, the NRC made service on the entire' service list, including provision of an original and two copies to your office.
However, we recently learned by notice from your office that we had inadvertently omitted from the service of the NRC Witness and Exhibit List on October 19, 1993, the attachment of the
" Affidavit of David P. Loveless."
We were asked to' refile the NRC Witness and Exhibit List with the attachment.
Therefore, please find enclosed for filing an original and two copies of the Imc witness list, including the attachment.
