The inspection was en examination of thh setivities conducted under your license os they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission 1(NRC) rules ervi regulatiom and the conditions of your license. Tt e inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures enti e resentative records, interviews, with personnel, and observations by the inspector. The findings es e result of this inspection re as f ollows:
