Enclosed is the LCO 3.6.1.6, Wetwell-to-Drywell Vacuum Breakers and associated bases,-
incorporating agreements reached between the NRC staff and GE. Additional revision to Condition B and the associated basis are indicated by redlines and strikeouts. We believe these revisions should be made for the ABWR passive vacuum breakers (no actuators).
