Subject:
Task Order No. 2 "E&TS Inspection - Zion," NRC-03-93-026 In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 2.
The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statament of Work and Modification 1 to Statement of Work and Parameter Inc.'s technical proposals dated September 14, 1993 and September 23, 1993 incorporated herein by reference.
Task Order 2 shall be in effect from the date of this letter through November 19, 1993 with a cost ceiling of $60,285.66. The amount of 558,607.90 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $95.53 represents the facilities capital cost of money, and the amount of $1,582.23 represents the fixed fee.
