Contract NRC-03-93-031, Modification No. I to Task Order 10, Entitled "NRC ASSISTANCE TO RUSSIAN REGULATORY AGENCY, GOSATOMNADZOR IN REVIEW OF EMERGENCY OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOV0VORONEZH" This letter provides additional funding to Task Order 10 in the amount of
$10,673.93, thereby increasing the total amount obligated under this task from
$93,000.00 to $103,673.93. Task Order No.10 is fully funded. The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of $103,673.93.
The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling.
When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
