GroLp (MWCG) and as such I am authorized to mWe this Affidavit.

B. I am familiar with the criteria applied by the Nuclear Regulatory Otzmissicrt (NRC) to determine whether certain infomation of the MWOG is proprietary. I

c. In dstemining whether a MWoG document is to be designated as proprietary

in0>rnation, an initial determination is made by the Unit Manager Who is mponsible for originating the docmanent as to whether it falls within the critaria set forth in Ihw@ D hereof. If the information falls within any one of these critaria, it is designated as prtprietary by the originating Unit Manager. 'Ihis initial detemination is rwiewed by the cognizant manager at the next higher organizational level. If the h ===1t l 1s designated as proprietary, it is twiewed again by me to assure that the regulatory requirunents of 10 CFR Section 2.790 are met.

D. 'Ihm following informaticri is prwidad to demonstrate that the prwisions of 10 CFR Section 2.790 of the Cunnission's regulations have been consideand ,

(i) 'Iha information has been held in confidence by the MWOG. copies of the h n==nt are clearly identified as proprietary.
