EXPORT LICENSE XSNM02513 Conditions License Number Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmoster two copies,in oddi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Dectorotion covering each export and merk one of such copies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20$55. The following dectorotion should oc-company or be ploced on the Shipper's Export Dectorations for such exports:
"This shipment is being mode pursuont to specific license number (specific license number) filed at (location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (dote license was filed). This license expires on (expirotion date of license), and the unshipped belonce remaining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this dectorotion."
Condition 2 - Exports outhorised in any country or destinotion, except Country Groups Q, S, W, X, Y, and 2 in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehensive Export Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This heerse covers only the nuclear content of the material.
Condition 4 - The meterial to be exported under this license shall be shipped in occordonce with the physical protection requirements for special nuclear meterial in 10 Cf R 73.
Condition 5 - Special nucicar material outhorized for export under this Ocense shall not be tronsported outside the Umted States in r,ossenger cortying cir' croft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or *e0 curies, whichever is less, of p clonium or vronium 233, or (2) 350 groms of uraniun 235.
Condition 6-This license authorizes e> port only or.d does net outhorire the receipt, phys. col possession, or use of the nuclear mote iol.
Condition 7 - The licensee shall complete end submit on NRC Form 741 for each shipment of source material exported under this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shall odvise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo.
tion of the company who will pockoge the nuclear material to be exported under this license, or any change in the location of the pockoging operation, of least three weeks prior to the scheduled dote of export.
