'and evaluation of the Reactor Operator Requalification Program for the 4

' University of Michigan Forc Nuclear Reactor (UMFNR) facility that was submitted on Harch 22,_1990, as' supplemented on July. 18, 1990. The program.was 1

reviewed against.the criteria in~10 CFR Part 55.

Based on its review, the staff concludes that the Reactor Operator

= Requalification Program for the UMFNR facility meets the requirements of the

regulations and is, therefore, acceptable. We request that you begin to -

-implement your approved program innediately.-
