Statement by TVO our company Teollisuuden voima oy (TVo) will pse the fuel channels delivered to us by Carpenter Technology Corporation Special Products Divisien (USN, the sub-contractor of Siemens AG, Germany only in the nuclear power plant unita at olkiluoto, rinland or tu a special case in Sweden, but not in any other country.

was addressed to the Finnish Centre for Radiation and Nucicar Saf ety. The only other technically poa61ble end use could be in reactors of the same type (designed by AB3 Atom) in Sweden. In case Tvo for some reason cannot use the channels in Finland and we want to sell them to a Swedish utility, TVO will apply for an export 11-inter-cense, which will be cub 3ect to all rulevant national agreements to which our government /ministzy la a party.
