4 ENCLOSURF NOTICE OF VIOLATION Philadelphia Electric Company Docket No. 50-353 Limerick Generating Station Unit 2 License No. NPF-85 During a NRC inspection conducted on June 7 - July 18,1992, a violation of NRC requirements was identified. In accordance with the " General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violation is listed below:
10 CFR 50.9, Completeness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information required by statute or by Commission regulations, order, or license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects.
Contrary to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material respects. Specifically, on January 20, 1992, a plant operator (non-licensed j
operator) reactor building rounds sheet (in-plant log) was identified as being incomplete or inaccurate. This error was material in that it evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
